1 jar (650 mL) Classico Riserva Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
3 zucchini (1 lb./450 g), cut into thin slices
1 eggplant, cut into thin slices
1 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese
3/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Mix pasta sauce, onions and garlic until blended.
Step 3
Layer half each of the zucchini, eggplant, pasta sauce mixture and feta in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan; cover.
Step 4
Bake 1-1/2 hours or until heated through, uncovering after 1 hour. Remove lasagna from oven. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.
