2 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, divided
2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1/4 cup oil, divided
2 large Vidalia onions, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 beef skirt steak (1 lb./450 g)

Step 1
Bring honey, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce and 1 Tbsp. sugar to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. or until thickened to syrup-like consistency, stirring frequently. Cool.
Step 2
Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Meanwhile, heat barbecue to medium heat. Mix pepper, remaining Worcestershire sauce and remaining oil until blended; brush evenly onto both sides of steak. Grill 3 min. on each side. Brush with half the honey mixture. Grill 5 to 6 min. or until steak is cooked to medium doneness (160ºF), turning and brushing frequently with remaining honey mixture. Transfer steak to cutting board; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 min.
Step 4
Add remaining sugar to onions; stir. Cook 5 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with onions.
