1 large leek, white and light green parts thinly sliced (about 2 cups)
2 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Romano Shredded Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Microwave potatoes and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 to 7 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain.
Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add potatoes and leeks; cook 5 min. or until leeks are tender and potatoes are lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in bacon.
Whisk eggs and remaining dressing in medium bowl until blended. Stir in cheese. Pour over potato mixture. (Do not stir.)
Bake 10 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Substitute 3 green onions for the leek.
Prepare using sweet potatoes.
Substitute 1/4 cup chopped ham for the bacon.
