How do I make it ?
Bring water to boil in small saucepan. Add quinoa; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Spoon into large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip, Italian dressing and lemon juice until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Fluff quinoa with fork. Add Miracle Whip mixture and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
