2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. zest and 3 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon, divided
1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Original BBQ Sauce
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
24 sea scallops (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Combine pepper and lemon zest; set aside. Mix barbecue sauce, lemon juice and dill until blended.
Pat scallops dry with paper towel. Brush scallops with butter; grill 30 sec. to 1 min. or until scallops release easily from barbecue grate when lifted with tongs.
Turn scallops. Brush with barbecue sauce mixture; sprinkle with pepper mixture. Grill 2 min. or until scallops are opaque.

Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill before serving.
Before cooking the scallops, remove and discard the knob-shaped muscle on side of each scallop.
