Pesto, presto! Here's a quick and easy marinade for grilled chicken.

3 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1/3 cup Kraft Classic Herb Dressing
zest from 1 lemon
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)

How do I make it ?
Process basil, cheese, dressing and lemon zest in food processor until blended. (Basil mixture does not need to be smooth.)
Reserve half the basil mixture for later use. Spread remaining basil mixture onto chicken in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
Serve chicken with reserved basil mixture.

If chicken breasts are thick at one end, flatten thick ends of chicken to ensure even cooking.
