1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 chicken (3-1/2 lb./1.6 kg), cut up
2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 slices bacon
2 lb. (900 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 6), cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
1 red onion, cut into wedges
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 lemon, sliced

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Combine cheese and seasoning. Brush chicken with oil; rub with cheese mixture.
Step 3
Cook bacon in large ovenproof skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.
Step 4
Add potatoes and onions to drippings in skillet; cook on medium heat 5 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Crumble bacon. Add to skillet along with the tomato paste, vinegar and broth; stir. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Add lemon slices; top with chicken.
Step 5
Bake 50 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
