1 pkg (85g) Jell-O Jelly Powder, Raspberry or Cranberry flavour

2/3 cup boiling water

2 cups ice cubes

1 ready to use 9 inch (23 cm) graham wafer crumb crust

How do I make it ?

Step 1
PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package.
Step 2
DISSOLVE jelly powder in 2/3 cup (150 mL) boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir constantly until jelly starts to thicken, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice.
Step 3
FOLD prepared dessert topping into jelly until well blended. Fold in fruit. Chill until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
Step 4
POUR into crumb crust. Chill 3 hours. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Variation
:Stir in 3/4 cup (175 mL) whole cranberry sauce. Garnish with orange slices and whole fresh cranberries.
