6 oz. Baker's White Chocolate
1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 mango, peeled and pureed
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime rind
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?
Just follow our 3 simple steps
Melt 6 oz. Baker's White Chocolate. Using a small spoon or pastry brush, lightly coat inside of 8 foil-lined baking cups. Freeze 10 min. Coat any thin spots with more chocolate and freeze for 1 hour. Remove chocolate cups from foil and refrigerate until needed.
Beat 1 pkg. (250 g) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese with 1 peeled, pureed mango, 1/2 cup icing sugar, 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice and 1 tsp. grated lime rind at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping and spoon into chocolate cups. Refrigerate until served.
