1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. zest and 1/4 cup juice from 2 limes
6 small salmon steaks (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 1 inch thick

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Combine all ingredients except fish. Reserve half the ketchup mixture for later use. Brush fish with remaining ketchup mixture.
Grill 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning and brushing with reserved ketchup mixture after 5 min.
