3/4 lb. (340 g) linguine, uncooked
4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 yellow zucchini, chopped
1 small red onion, cut into thin slices
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 jar (700 mL) Catelli Garden Select Diced Tomatoes & Basil Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat 3 min., stirring occasionally. Add zucchini, onions, garlic and crushed pepper; mix well. Cook 8 min. or until bacon is crisp and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce and parsley; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Add to pasta sauce mixture; mix lightly.

Special Extra
Serve topped with your favourite variety of Kraft Grated, Shaved or Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
Prepare using a green zucchini. Or, substitute 1 cup thawed frozen peas for the yellow zucchini, adding them to the cooked vegetables along with the pasta sauce and parsley.
