1 cup shelled fava beans
1 cup frozen peas
220 g linguine, uncooked
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

How do I make it ?
Bring large pot of water to boil. Add fava beans and peas; cook 2 min. Remove beans and peas with a slotted spoon; plunge into ice water. Drain; set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water. Mix together pasta water, ricotta, Parmesan, pepper and mint in medium bowl.
Toss together pasta, beans, peas and ricotta mixture until blended.

Replace ricotta cheese with 1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product.
