4 oz. Baker's White Chocolate, melted
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
24 Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
48 candy eyes (1/4 inch diameter)
black edible ink marker
6 Kraft Caramels

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour chocolate into small dish. Place coconut in separate small dish.
Step 2
Dip 1 marshmallow into chocolate, turning to completely coat one end and back side of marshmallow with chocolate. Immediately roll dipped portions of marshmallow in coconut; place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining marshmallows. Let stand 5 min. or until chocolate is firm.
Step 3
Add candy eyes to fronts of marshmallows, securing to marshmallows with remaining chocolate. Draw faces with marker.
Step 4
Cut caramels diagonally in half. Pull and twist each caramel piece into oblong shape, then cut crosswise in half to make 2 horns.
Step 5
Insert 1 lollipop stick through bottom of each marshmallow until other end of stick extends 1/4 inch beyond top of marshmallow. Press cut ends of caramel pieces into ends of lollipop sticks for the horns as shown in photo.
