1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked, coarsely broken
1/4 cup sour cream
2 green onions, sliced

Heat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread french fries onto prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake 24 to 28 min. or until crisp and golden brown.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon; bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Step 5
Top with sour cream and onions.
