3 zucchini (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 reduced-sodium bacon slices, cooked, crumbled
3 Tbsp. light sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut zucchini lengthwise in half; scoop out centres onto cutting board, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Discard removed centres. Cut each zucchini shell crosswise into thirds; place, right sides up, in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Brush dressing evenly onto cut sides of zucchini shells.
Step 4
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until shells are tender. Sprinkle with cheeses; bake 5 min. or until melted.
Step 5
Top with bacon, sour cream and chives.
