1/2 cup Diana Marinade Spicy Southwest, divided
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
1 each sweet green and red pepper, quartered
1 cup Classico di Campania Sweet Basil Marinara Pasta Sauce
4 cups hot cooked rigatoni pasta
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Pour 1/4 cup marinade over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken breasts. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Step 2
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with black pepper. Brush corn and sweet peppers evenly with 2 Tbsp. of the remaining marinade.
Step 3
Grill chicken and vegetables 12 to 14 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are evenly charred and tender, turning chicken after 6 min. and turning vegetables occasionally.
Step 4
Transfer chicken and vegetables to cutting board. Cool 5 min. Meanwhile, heat pasta sauce as directed on label.
Step 5
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Cut peppers into thin strips, then cut kernels off corn cobs. Combine chicken and vegetables in large bowl.
Step 6
Add pasta, parsley, pasta sauce and remaining marinade; mix lightly.
