2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
1 tsp. ground ginger
12 canned peeled seeded lychees, drained, patted dry and cut in half
12 fresh strawberries, cut in half
2 Tbsp. honey

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Press 1 won ton wrapper onto bottom and up side of each of 12 muffin pan cups.
Step 3
Bake 6 to 8 min. or just until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
Step 4
Mix Cool Whip and ginger just until blended; spoon into won ton cups. Top with fruit and honey.
