2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 cups milk, divided
1/4 cup flour
1-1/4 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1 cup low fat cottage cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 400º F.
Step 2
Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt.
Step 3
Meanwhile heat 1-1/2 cups milk in large saucepan on medium-high heat until hot but not boiling. In small bowl, whisk remaining milk and flour until smooth; add to hot milk; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce begins to thicken. Remove from heat and add the shredded cheese, stirring until melted. Stir in cottage cheese.
Step 4
Stir in pasta, spoon into 8-inch baking dish; bake 25 min. or until bubbly.
