4 cups macaroni, uncooked
4 cups small cauliflower florets
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 cups milk
3-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding cauliflower to the boiling water for the last 5 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Add flour and nutmeg; cook and stir 2 min. or until hot and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until mixture comes to boil and thickens. Add 2 cups cheddar; cook and stir 2 min. or until completely melted.
Step 4
Drain macaroni mixture. Add to cheese sauce in pan; mix well. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheeses. Cover.
Step 5
Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
