1 each small green and red pepper, chopped

2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce

1-1/2 cups thin pepperoni slices

1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese, divided

Step 1
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding peppers to the boiling water for the last 2 min.; drain. Return to pan. Stir in pasta sauce, pepperoni, Parmesan and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Step 2
Spoon pasta mixture into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining shredded cheese. Cool. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Freeze up to 2 months. Refrigerate overnight to thaw.
Step 3
Heat oven 375°F. Remove plastic wrap from baking dish; cover with foil. Bake 55 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 45 min.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
Note
If you only have 1 (8-inch) square baking dish and want to free it up for other uses, line the empty dish with foil, with several inches of foil extending over sides. Assemble recipe in prepared dish; cover with plastic wrap. Freeze until firm. Use foil handles to lift pasta casserole from dish; wrap with plastic wrap, then foil. Freeze up to 2 months. When ready to serve, unwrap casserole and place in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with foil. Thaw overnight in refrigerator, then bake as directed.
