Mix 2 Tbsp. cream cheese product and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add meat; bread crumbs; 1 tsp. each
garam masala, ground coriander, ground cumin and fenugreek; and 1/2 tsp. chili powder just until blended. Shape into 16 balls, using 2 Tbsp. for each. Place on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet; flatten slightly.
