1 pouch (7 g) unflavoured gelatine
1-1/2 cups milk
3 Tbsp. chocolate malted milk powder
6 oz. (3/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/3 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
18 chocolate-covered malted milk balls, chopped

Step 1
Sprinkle gelatine over milk in medium saucepan; let stand 1 min. Add malted milk powder; stir. Cook on low heat 3 min. or until gelatine and milk powder are completely dissolved, stirring constantly. Add chopped chocolate; cook 3 min. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
Step 2
Pour through fine-mesh strainer into bowl; place bowl in larger bowl filled with ice water. Stir chocolate mixture 3 min. or until slightly thickened. Pour into separate large bowl. Gently stir in 1 cup Cool Whip; spoon into 9 dessert glasses.
Step 3
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Step 4
Top with remaining Cool Whip and chopped malted milk balls before serving.
