Step 1
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Step 2
Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat, rib-sides up; cook 3 to 5 min. or until bottoms of racks are browned. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Turn meat over; brush with dressing mixture.
Step 4
Bake 25 min. or until meat is done (160ºF).
Step 5
Let stand 5 min. before cutting between ribs to serve.
