4 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar, divided
5 eggs, divided
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. flour, divided
2 tsp. ground cardamom
1 cup canned sweetened mango pulp

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups sugar. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1-1/2 cups flour just until blended. Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, remaining flour and cardamom with mixer until blended. Add mango pulp; mix well. Add remaining egg; beat on low speed just until blended. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter; swirl gently with knife.
Step 4
Bake 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until softened.

For easy cleanup, line the empty pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray, then use as directed. Bake and cool brownies. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
