2 1/2 cups peeled, pitted and finely chopped ripe mangos

2 Tbsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup raisins

1 Tbsp. grated fresh gingerroot

2 tsp. celery seeds

2 tsp. mustard seeds

1/2 tsp. crushed, dried red chili peppers

1 garlic, clove, crushed

1-1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 pouch Certo Liquid Pectin

How do I make it ?

Step 1
MEASURE prepared fruit into a large saucepan. Add vinegar, onion, raisins, ginger, seeds, chili peppers and garlic.
Step 2
ADD sugars to fruit and mix well.
Step 3
PLACE saucepan over high heat. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 4
IMMEDIATELY stir in liquid fruit pectin.
Step 5
STIR and skim foam for 5 minutes to prevent floating fruit.
Step 6
POUR quickly into warm, sterilized jars filling up to 1/4 inch from rim.
Step 7
SEAL while hot with sterilized 2-piece lids with new centres.
