1-1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
2 tsp. oil
2/3 cup whole wheat couscous, uncooked
2 mangos, peeled, chopped
1/4 cup Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?
Mix spices in pie plate. Add chicken; turn to coat both sides of each breast.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Meanwhile, prepare couscous following package directions omitting salt and oil. Combine remaining ingredients.
Remove chicken from skillet; place on top of couscous on platter. Cover to keep warm. Add mango mixture to skillet; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon over chicken.
