1/2 cup Diana Sauce Gourmet Maple BBQ Sauce
1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, divided
1 pork tenderloin (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Step 1
Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Blend barbecue sauce, chipotle pepper, lime juice and half the cilantro in blender until smooth.
Step 3
Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture for later use; brush remaining barbecue sauce mixture onto meat. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Step 4
Grill meat 15 to 20 min. or until done (160ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with reserved barbecue sauce mixture. Garnish with remaining cilantro.
