20 chicken drumettes (2-1/4 lb./1 kg)
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
2-1/2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
2-1/2 cups hot steamed snow peas

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Place chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish. Mix next 4 ingredients; pour over chicken.
Step 3
Bake 28 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 14 min.
Step 4
Heat broiler. Broil chicken 2 min. or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions.
Step 5
Serve with rice and peas.

To serve drummettes with a sticky sauce, transfer baked drummettes to platter; cover to keep warm. Pour reserved sauce into saucepan; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Spoon over drummettes; sprinkle with onions.
