5 cups small cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese, divided
1/2 cup Catelli Tomato & Basil Pizza Sauce
3/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup loosely packed torn fresh basil leaves

Step 1
Use pulsing action of food processor to process half the cauliflower until it resembles the texture of rice; spoon into large microwaveable bowl. Repeat with remaining cauliflower. Cover with parchment.
Step 2
Microwave on HIGH 4 to 6 min. or until cauliflower is softened; cool.
Step 3
Heat oven to 425°F. Spoon cauliflower onto clean kitchen towel; wring out as much moisture as possible. Place cauliflower in large bowl. Add flour, Parmesan, egg and 1 cup shredded cheese; mix well. Press onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown.
Step 5
Spread cauliflower crust with pizza sauce; top with remaining shredded cheese and tomatoes. Bake 5 to 6 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.
Step 6
Top with basil.
