1 pkg. (454 g) elbow macaroni, cooked
250 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1-3/4 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
1 egg
2-1/2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp. paprika

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Layer half each of the macaroni, Velveeta and cheddar in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Whisk egg and milk until blended; pour half over ingredients in baking dish. Repeat with remaining macaroni, Velveeta, cheddar and milk mixture.
Step 3
Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 4
Bake 30 min. or until macaroni mixture is heated through and top is golden brown, stirring after 30 min.
