2 lb. (900 g) baking potatoes (about 6), peeled, cut into chunks
3 Tbsp. butter
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup Philadelphia Whipped BOLD Creamy Sriracha Cream Cheese Product
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

Step 1
Place potatoes in large saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover potatoes. Bring to boil on high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Drain potatoes; return to saucepan. Add cream cheese product and milk; mash to desired consistency. Stir in mushrooms; sprinkle with paprika.
