3/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. green tea powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 oz. (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. (1/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely chopped

How do I make it ?
Combine flour, corn starch and tea powder. Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add vanilla; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chocolate.
Refrigerate 30 min.
Heat oven to 325ºF. Roll dough into 24 (1-inch) balls; place, 2 inches apart, on 2 baking sheets. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until bottoms of cookies are golden brown. Cool on baking sheets 1 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

Use the bottom of a drinking glass or jar to easily flatten the balls of cookie dough. For best results, dip the bottom of the glass or jar into additional flour after flattening each ball to prevent it from sticking to the dough.
