8 large fresh mushrooms (1 lb./450 g), 2-1/2 inch diameter
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 tsp. garam masala

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup; discard remaining stems or reserve for another use. Brush both sides of each mushroom cap with dressing. Place, rounded-sides down, on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Heat oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, cumin seed and chopped stems; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients; spoon into mushroom caps.
Step 4
Bake 25 min. or until heated through.

Add 1/4 cup frozen peas, or finely chopped green or red peppers, to the stuffing before spooning into the mushroom caps and baking as directed.
