3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups Classico Bruschetta di Napoli Tomato Basil
1/2 cup water

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Reserve 1/4 cup mozzarella for later use. Mix remaining mozzarella with meat, onions, bread crumbs, Parmesan and eggs just until blended; shape into 10x5-inch loaf. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over meatloaf.
Step 4
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until meatloaf is done (160°F). Sprinkle with reserved mozzarella; bake 2 min. or until melted.
Step 5
Serve meatloaf topped with sauce.

Cook ground beef thoroughly and evenly. The colour of the raw ground meat can vary from bright red to light pink. Do not rely on the colour of the meat to check for doneness but use an instant read thermometer instead. Ground beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F.
