This burger recipe is oh-so simple. Ground beef is mixed with crumbled flavoured feta cheese and fresh parsley, then grilled for burgers that are a little savoury, a little spicy, and all delicious. The grilled zucchini and red pepper topping teams up with a MIRACLE WHIP-harissa sauce for irresistible sandwiches.

1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs
1 egg
1/4 cup fresh parsley, divided
2 tsp. harissa, divided
1 red pepper, cut into 4 pieces
1 zucchini, cut into 8 diagonal slices
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
4 hamburger buns, split

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Mix first 4 ingredients, 3 Tbsp. parsley and 1 tsp. harissa just until blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Step 3
Grill 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F), adding peppers and zucchini to the barbecue after 4 min. and turning vegetables after 5 min.
Step 4
Mix Miracle Whip with remaining parsley and harissa until blended. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with vegetables, Miracle Whip mixture and top halves of buns.
