8 cups hot cooked penne pasta
1 cup each slivered red onions and roasted red pepper strips
1 cup quartered drained marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup each chopped black olives and drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/2 cup Diana Marinade Garlic & Herbs
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. each cracked black pepper and lemon zest
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese

How do I make it ?
Combine pasta, onions, roasted peppers, artichokes, olives, tomatoes and pine nuts in large bowl.
Whisk all remaining ingredients except cheese until blended. Add to pasta mixture; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with cheese.

This flavourful pasta salad can be prepared ahead of time. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
Drain and flake 2 cans (170 g each) solid white tuna. Stir into salad before serving.
