The homemade oven fries are so simple to make, and the rest comes together in mere minutes! A velvety chicken gravy, crumbled feta, olives and other delicious Mediterranean flavours add freshness and a flavour twist to a classic poutine.

2 lb. (900 g) baking potatoes (about 5)
3 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Greek Feta Dressing
1/2 cup Heinz Chicken Gravy
2 Tbsp. Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/3 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1/3 cup chopped red onions
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick lengthwise wedges; place in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly.

Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 35 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 20 min. About 10 min. before potatoes are done, bring gravy, ketchup and dry seasonings to boil in saucepan, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Spoon potatoes into shallow ovenproof dish; top with gravy mixture and cheese. Bake 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
Step 6
Top with remaining ingredients.

For richer flavour, prepare using Heinz Beef Gravy.
Substitute 1/4 lb. (115 g) Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes, for the crumbled feta cheese.
