1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
1 cup frozen corn, thawed, drained
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup salsa
4 cups cooked farfalle (bow-tie pasta)
1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese

Step 1
Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add tomato sauce, salsa and pasta; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Stir in 1/2 cup cheese; top with remaining cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
