2 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), cut into strips
1 each sweet green and red pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp. Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
Step 2
Add vegetables, garlic, chili powder and crushed pepper to skillet; stir. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Mix chili sauce and vinegar until blended; pour over chicken. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and sauce is slightly thickened, stirring sauce occasionally.
