1/2 cup Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened, cubed
1/2 cup butter, cubed, softened
1-1/2 cups plus 2 Tbsp. flour, divided
4 cups blueberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Product
1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Process cubed cream cheese, butter and 1-1/2 cups flour in food processor until mixture forms ball. Flatten into disk; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 20 min. Meanwhile, toss blueberries with sugar, lemon juice and remaining flour.
Step 3
Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness. Use 3-inch cookie cutter to cut pastry into 24 rounds, rerolling scraps as necessary. Discard any remaining dough. Gently press pastry circle onto bottom and up side of each of 24 mini muffin pan cups.
Step 4
Spoon 1 tsp. flavored cream cheese product into each pastry shell; press lightly onto bottom of shell. Stir blueberry mixture; spoon over cream cheese.
Step 5
Bake 16 to 18 min. or until pastry golden and fruit is hot and bubbly. Cool galettes in pan 2 min. Remove from pan to wire racks; cool completely. Serve topped with Cool Whip.

This easy-to-make pastry dough can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Let stand at room temperature about 20 min. before using as directed.
Frozen blueberries work equally well in this recipe; simply use the same amount of thawed, frozen blueberries for the fresh.
