How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cook peppers in small skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Spread onto bottoms of tart shells; top with onions, cheese and bacon.
Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour into shells. Place on rimmed baking sheets.
Bake 20 to 22 min. or until knife inserted in centres comes out clean and tops are golden brown.
