1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef

1 cup chopped onions

3/4 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup, divided

3 Tbsp. Heinz Yellow Mustard, divided

8 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices, divided

1 pkg. (480 g) dinner rolls

3 Tbsp. Heinz Sweet Relish

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add 1/2 cup ketchup and 2 Tbsp. mustard; mix well. Cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Tear 2 Kraft Singles into small pieces. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Cut each of the remaining Singles into 4 pieces each.
Step 4
Cut rolls horizontally in half. Press 1 roll half, cut side up, onto bottom and up side of each of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 5
Spoon meat mixture evenly into bread shells; top each with 1 Singles piece.
Step 6
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheeseburger cups are heated through and Singles are melted.
Step 7
Drizzle with remaining ketchup and mustard; top with relish.

Variation
You can instead prepare this recipe using a regular muffin pan and 5 Kraft Singles, and substituting 6 hamburger buns for the dinner rolls. Separate bun halves; press, cut sides up, onto bottoms and up sides of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray. Tear 2 Singles into small pieces; stir into meat mixture as directed. Spoon into bread shells. Cut each of the remaining Singles into 4 pieces each; place over meat mixture. Bake and serve as directed. Makes 12 servings.
