1/2 cup Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Product
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
2 green onions, sliced

How do I make it ?
Cook potatoes in boiling water in saucepan 10 -12 min. or just until tender; drain. Cool completely.
Heat oven to 400ºF. Shred potatoes using large holes of box grater. Mix cream cheese product, milk and pepper in medium bowl until blended. Stir in shredded cheese and onions. Add potatoes; mix lightly.
Spoon into 6 (450-mL) ovenproof dishes sprayed with cooking spray; place on rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until casseroles are heated through and tops are golden brown.

Instead of shredding the cooked potatoes, omit the cooling step and mash the cooked potatoes with the cream cheese product and milk before mixing with the remaining ingredients and baking as directed, reducing the baking time if necessary until casseroles are heated through.
