1 pkg. (225 g) frozen mini tart shells (18 shells), thawed
1-1/2 cups frozen cranberries
1/2 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 orange, divided
3/4 cup sugar, divided
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Place tart shells in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned; cool.
Step 3
Meanwhile, bring cranberries, orange zest, orange juice and 1/2 cup sugar to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until cranberries start to burst and cranberry mixture is thickened, stirring frequently. Cool completely.
Step 4
Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Step 5
Spoon cream cheese mixture into tart shells. Refrigerate 20 min.
Step 6
Top with cranberry mixture just before serving.

Make Ahead
The tart shells can be baked ahead of time. The cranberry mixture can also be prepared ahead of time. Store the cooled tart shells in tightly covered container at room temperature, and the cooled cranberry mixture in separate covered container in refrigerator up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, prepare the cream cheese mixture as directed; spoon into tart shells. Top with cranberry mixture.
