100 g deli reduced-sodium ham, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. each finely chopped green peppers and onions
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Whisk eggs and water in medium bowl until blended. Stir in ham and vegetables.
Spoon into 12 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until centres are set, and tops are puffed and golden brown.
