These Mini Pizzas make a quick lunch or afterschool snack. Just top English muffins with sauce, veggies and cheese and you've got individual pizzas in no time. Follow our recipe or use your favourite pizza toppings - you can't go wrong with these mini pizzas.
What do I need ?

Spilt 1 pkg. English muffins in half and place split side up on baking sheet.
Spread 1 Tbsp. pizza sauce on each muffin half. Top with 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 2 sliced green onions and 1 1/2 cups Kraft Mozarella Shredded Cheese divided among the muffin halves.
Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Pizzas can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. Simply add 5 minutes to baking time when heating up.
