1/4 cup fresh mint
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. minced gingerroot
1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup Renée's Cucumber & Dill Dressing
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

How do I make it ?
Use pulsing action to process cucumber, mint, garlic and ginger just until cucumbers are chopped and ingredients are blended. (Do not process until mixture is smooth.)
Spoon into medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
