1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1-1/2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp. chili powder
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese

Step 1
Mix Miracle Whip, rice, broth and chili powder in large skillet. Top with chicken.
Step 2
Bring to boil on medium heat; cover. Simmer on low heat 25 min.
Step 3
Top with remaining ingredients; cook, covered, 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
