Step 1
TRIM crusts from bread. Flatten with rolling pin to 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thickness.
Step 2
COMBINE salmon, Miracle Whip and dill and lemon juice. Place 1 heaping Tbsp (15 mL) filling along one end of bread. Roll up and cut in half.
Step 3
PLACE on ungreased baking sheet. Brush with butter; sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
