What do I need ?
4 cups torn mixed greens
1 can (213 mL/8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 cups broccoli, florets, blanched
1 cup each sliced mushrooms
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
PLACE greens in a large salad bowl. Layer with water chestnuts, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions.
COMBINE Miracle Whip and buttermilk; pour over salad. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
